What’s Your Recipe for a Better Food System? were community engagement allowing the community to provide input for A Food Policy for Canada.
Food Secure Canada members hosted 23 in-person events across Canada and 4 web sessions between July 15 and September 30, 2017.

Contact FSC to discuss the proposed event date and target audience Sign partnership agreement Invite community members and your Member of Parliament Spread the word on social media. Optional - send a press release (template provided) |
Step Two: Day-of Event |
Intro to session and facilitate discussion questions Gather direct quotes (2 to 5) from participants Take notes during the discussion to prepare report back Invite participants to complete an event evaluation Offer sign-up sheet for updates from FSC |
Step Three: Report Back |
Send report back to FSC within one week of event FSC will compile results of all events into a final report |
